Instagram Default Reply – Reflys Help Guide
With Reflys, your Instagram inbox never feels silent. The Default Reply makes sure every message gets a response, even if it doesn’t match any of your set triggers.
Whether a user types a random question or an unexpected emoji, this smart reply steps in to keep the conversation going.
It’s like having a polite digital assistant ready to say:
“Thanks for messaging us! We’ll get back to you shortly.”
This keeps your audience engaged, builds trust, and gives your business a more professional feel, even when no one’s actively chatting.
