  1. Log in to your Reflys Dashboard.
  2. From the left-hand menu, click on Automation.

  1. Once you are inside the Automation section, click on the “Add Automation” button.

Step 3: Choose from Ready-to-Go Templates

  1. A window will open where you will see Ready-to-Go Templates.
  2. These templates are pre-built for different use cases such as lead generation, customer support, reminders, quizzes, surveys, coupons, and more.

Step 4: Select the Template You Want

  1. Click on the template that matches your use case.
  2. You’ll get a preview of how the automation works.
  3. If the template is relevant, click “Set up Template.”

  1. After selecting a template, you’ll enter the automation editor.
  2. Here, you can:
  • Edit messages

  1. Once you’ve customized your template, click Set Live.
